premiered on April 21 at the R. and S. Schlesinger Foundation in Wald, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Switzerland 


The viewer stands in a room made of ice: a photogrammetric 3D model of the Birli attic. This is the house of the Schlesinger Foundation in Wald/AR, for which the work was originally created. The view first falls on a computer-generated Säntis massif at full moon. On the plane in front of it, a scarab circles a chromed sphere. Turning around, a whole army of pinned dung beetles appears, an entomological showcase stretching to the horizon.
